Introduction to Instructional Tech Coaches (ITC):
Instructional Tech Coaches assists teachers in creating interactive and engaging resources for and with students. It is educator-driven and employs a flexible flipped job-embedded coaching model. ITC can deliver virtual support to educators through one on one or team personalized coaching sessions. The resources are not only for classroom teachers. All teachers, principals and administrators will benefit from the resources. It’s easy to navigate! Each topic and session follow the same format.
The sessions are designed around the use of the google suite. They are intended to help enhance your digital and remote instruction. Our flipped flexible interactive sessions can be asynchronous, blended, and synchronous shoulder-to-shoulder coaching depending on the session type.
Each topic includes three sessions, Explore, Learn and Create. The Explore and Learn sessions have a linked content index and are presented in a slide format. The slides are narrated and include authentic teaching examples, animations and resources you can download, practice with and keep.
