Executive Coaching is motivating, encouraging, arousing, unsettling, insightful, resourceful, innovative, stimulating and energizing; all in order to create sustainable organizational change that creates a greater good. It operates within the context of real work; those nitty-gritty but aspirational projects and leadership demands that make up the strategic work of leaders. “Keeping it real” – insight out leads to inspired thought and work!!!
